It's a customized level of service that can be unique to every site (as long as we have "eyes on"). The client also receives a direct channel of communication with the operator managing their site.  There are absolutely no automated systems that you have to go through to speak with your operator analyst.  We will never assign more than 3 operator analysts to a client, which helps maintain familiarization of the site being monitored. The longer they manage your site, the more efficient they become.
